The cost of renting a party bus in NYC depends on the type of vehicle you want to rent, and how long you'll need it. Almost all party buses near me have a 4 or 6 hour minimum rental.
Most people are surprised to find out that the cost of renting a party bus near me doesn't start as high as you might think. In fact, for the quality and features you get, it's actually quite affordable. Depending on the size and type of bus you choose, rental rates start at around $200 per hour. That's a great deal when you consider all that a party bus has to offer.
Small party buses in NYC usually start at about $180 per hour. While some larger party buses near me can be up to $350 per hour. These are what we call the base rates. In addition to the base rate, there are tolls, gratuity, and tax.

Some additional fee may apply (ex. parking, permits, garage time). Garage time is a fee that only applies if the pick up or the drop off locations are out side the providers service area. A party bus chaise is orginally a small or large bus. Stretch limousines can usually hold a max of about 12 Passengers. A large party bus can hold up to 40 or more passengers.

How Many Passengers Can Fit on a Party Bus?Party buses come in all different sizes. The smaller party bus can usually hold about 14 passengers and the larger ones can hold up to 56 passengers.

How Much is A Party Bus?A party bus comes in a few different sizes. So party bus pricing is based on the number of hours and the size of the bus. Typically, you can expect to pay more per hour for larger party buses or those with more passenger capacity. 10 - 14 Passengers = $180 /hr 15 - 21 Passengers = $230 /hr 22 - 30 Passengers = $ 275 /hr 31 - 41 Passengers = $330 /hr 42 - 55 Passengers = $400 /hr Usually, with party buses, there's an hourly minimum of 6 hours. Meaning, you can’t rent the party bus for any less than 6 hours. More is fine, but no less. So if you and 50 of your friends want to rent a party bus you can expect to pay at least $1080. Don’t forget there’s usually some additional costs, such as gratuity, tolls, and parking. Gratuity is usually 20% and tolls and parking are based on your trip details. So let’s just say everything comes out to $1,400. While $1400 may seem like a lot, compared to some other options it's a great value - especially if everyone chips in. $1400 ÷ 14 people = $100 per person So for less than $17 dollars a person per hour, you and 13 of your friends can party it up in style in a party bus like no other. Uber would cost way more, especially if there’s surge pricing - which always sucks.
